**WHAT YOU'LL DO**:
As **Recruiting Lead** in the Gamma Global Recruiting Team, you will own talent acquisition activities for various capabilities within the Gamma business. This full lifecycle recruiting role will support a diverse range of positions from inception through to completion with responsibility for managing stakeholder relationships, vendor management, talent selection, interview processes, offer management and on-boarding. Working in close partnership with the regional and global teams, the role will also have wider responsibilities supporting regional strategy, operational effectiveness, and recruitment best practice across the EMEA region.

**YOU'RE GOOD AT**:

- Owning & driving recruiting initiatives to hire the best talent for BCG Gamma. You will be responsible for leading the execution of regional talent acquisition strategy
- Managing full lifecycle of vacancies across a diverse range of skills and capabilities within the BCG Gamma & analytics business, e.g., Data Scientists, Software Engineers
- Leading and mentoring a team of Talent Sourcer and Recruiting Assistant to effectively deliver on all hiring requirements, working collaboratively with regional Gamma HR team
- Leveraging internal talent sources to drive mobility, employee referrals and alumni engagement in the region
- Support interview training and coaching, as required, to enhance the quality of hiring decisions
- Supporting the regional recruitment strategy by contributing to and implementing regional initiatives to global projects; locally identify and implement improvements creatively
- Leading and supporting global projects as well as implementing them in each market

**YOU BRING (EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS)**:

- Bachelors or Masters Degree with high academic achievement
- 6-7 years of recruitment/talent acquisition experience within the analytics consulting, professional services areas or in-house full lifecycle recruitment experience with an international organization strongly preferred
- Understanding of market talent pool, sourcing channels, hiring trends, cultural norms, compensation benchmarks
- First Team management experience with ability to coach & guide preferred
- Deep knowledge and proven success of utilizing LinkedIn Recruiter for successful hires
- Love working as part of a team and coming up with creative ideas together. At the same time, like to take responsibility for your own projects
- Ability to build strong stakeholder relationships through a dedicated focus on client service and delivery
- Ability to be responsive and effective in a fast-paced yet consensus-based corporate culture, to multitask and operate effectively in a matrix organization
- Best practice process management and driving operational effectiveness
- Fluent in German and English
