**Your Tasks**:
This unique corporate culture also applies to the Global Finance Services (GFS) team at Beiersdorf Shared Services, THE global Shared Services business partner within the Beiersdorf family. We are closely integrated into the Beiersdorf family, so we can work with our internal partners on eyelevel and always deliver maximum value. And we do this together with great people in a dynamic and international working environment that offers various exciting development opportunities. The **_Finance Services Europe _**Team is responsible for the Financial Accounting of all European Beiersdorf companies. This includes closing activities (according to local regulations and IFRS), General Leger, Cost Accounting, Accounts Payable, Payment, Accounts Receivable and all other areas necessary to provide a comprehensive accounting service. Additionally, the team participates in local and global projects on digitalization and the optimization of accounting processes.

The advertised position is in the Global Master Data Team, where you:

- gain deep insights into our master data maintenance and actively participate in the creation of new suppliers in SAP
- focus on the confirmation of bank information for suppliers
- will be in close contact with our suppliers, other departments at GFS, Beiersdorf AG and other Beiersdorf affiliates
- work with the team to ensure a smooth procurement-to-pay (P2P) process from order to invoice payment

**Your Profile**:

- You are ideally studying business administration or a comparable field of study
- Properly enrolled during the entire time as a student trainee
- Strong numerical skills and sense of responsibility Enjoy working with IT systems
- Confident handling of MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint
- Structured, careful and independent way of working
- Very good knowledge of spoken and written German and English
- Fluent in spoken and written English
- German and another European language (e.g. Polish, Italian, Romanian) are an advantage
