**Your role**:
**Your mission and responsibilities**:

- Take ownership of payment solutions processes end to end
- Communicate business objectives and requirements to both onsite and offshore development teams clearly and effectively
- Actively participate with product development teams to define product requirements, specifications and acceptance testing criteria
- Track industry trends and interview and meet with customers to better understand the market and market problems
- Partner with other product managers and cross-functional teams (including risk, legal, engineering, finance, design, marketing) to identify, document and evaluate product requirements, roadmaps, and proformas
- Work closely with user design, project management, and engineering teams in an agile environment to launch products
- Work collaboratively with third party service providers and other business functions to deliver successful outcomes for clients
- Reduce the cost of fraud prevention while keeping fraud down
- Drive profitability across core payment streams through effective management of operating revenue and cost lines
- Effectively manage compliance and risk across the portfolio

**Your qualifications and experience**:

- Strong experience in the product development space, with a focus on fintech and global payment services.
- In-depth understanding and managing payment transfer options in multiple regions.
- Excellent communication skills, internal and external
- Experience of delivering the strategic product roadmap
- Experienced in writing product requirements for new features. Have done detailed requirements gathering, documentation, analysis, and product development.
- Proven ability to execute complex projects and have experience by working with cross-functional teams
- Experienced in delivering products using Agile methodologies
- Strong attention to detail. Passionate about developing products and experiences with deep customer empathy.
- Ability to operate in a highly ambiguous and fast-paced environment.
