DEIN AUFGABENGEBIET:
- Als unser Customer Support arbeitest du in einem festen Team, übernimmst direkt Verantwortung, wirst durch Vorgesetzte ‚on the Job‘ gecoacht.
- Du bist telefonisch und per E-Mail eine*r der ersten Ansprechpartner*innen für unsere Kunden.
- Du trägst zum Geschäftserfolg unseres Unternehmen bei, indem du gemeinsam mit deinen Teamkolleg*innen im direkten Kontakt mit dem Kunden flexible Kommunikationsstrategien und -maßnahmen anwendest und diese gleichzeitig optimierst, anpasst und mitentwickelt.
- Dabei unterstützt du bei der Steuerung aller integrierten Kundenaktivitäten und bist im stetigen Austausch mit verschiedenen umsetzenden Abteilungen bei The Plant Box.
- Du bist also die Schnittstelle zwischen unseren internen Abteilungen, wie dem Business Development und unseren Kunden.
- Denn bei dir laufen die Fäden zusammen: Du bist für das Reporting von Kundenfeedback verantwortlich, sowie für die strategische Evaluation des Wissenstransfers zwischen zentraler und lokaler Kunden
- und Unternehmensseite.
- Immer am Puls der Zeit: Du beschäftigst dich fortwährend mit Trends und neuen, vielversprechenden Themen im Kundenservice.

DEIN PROFIL
- Du bringst eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung (vorzugsweise Kaufmännisch) mit, oder vergleichbare Erfahrungen
- Du hast Spaß an der telefonischen Kundenbetreuung und in einem kleinen Team zu arbeiten
- Gute Kommunikationsfähigkeit und sehr gutes sprachliches Ausdrucksvermögen zeichnen Dich aus.
- Belastbarkeit, Flexibilität und Konfliktfähigkeit sowie eine selbstständige und strukturierte Arbeitsweise sind Eigenschaften, die dich beschreiben.
- Der sichere Umgang mit MS Office Anwendungen ist für Dich kein Problem.
- Erste Erfahrungen mit Zendesk und Aircall sind von Vorteil
- Sprachen: sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse, gute Englischkenntnisse, gute Französischkenntnisse
