**Head of Sourcing (gn)**

**Aufgaben**:
**Deine Aufgaben**:

- Das Sourcing der DZ4 ist eine strategische Schlüsselposition zur Sicherstellung des weiteren Wachstums und der Profitabilität der DZ4. Du setzt deine Erfahrung und Führungsstärke zielgerichtet ein, um den Bereich Sourcing zu führen und weiterzuentwickeln
- Du stellst mit dem derzeit fünfköpfigen Sourcing-Team sicher, dass DZ4 im Rahmen der Zeit
- und Zielvorgaben kommerzielle Angebote und technische Auslegungen für Solarprojekte erhält
- Du steuerst das DZ4 Sourcing durch stetige Analysen und behältst die relevanten Kennzahlen im Blick (z.B. Anzahl Angebote, Durchlaufzeit und Konditionen)
- Du betreust unsere Handwerkspartner und internen Schnittstellen in Bezug auf Sourcing-Themen, bewertest Preise und Produkte und erstellst Forecasts für die rollierende Planung
- Du verbreitest das technische Wissen aus dem Sourcing intern weiter und trägst zur Optimierung der eingesetzten Hersteller und Komponenten bei
- Durch den interdisziplinären Austausch mit den Bereichen Vertrieb, Produktmanagement und Service optimierst Du den Bereich Sourcing weiter und stellst diesen zukunftsfähig auf
- Du berichtest an den Director Fulfillment

**Anforderungen**:
**Dein Profil**:

- Du bist erfahren in strategischen und operativen Einkaufsthemen mit technischer Ausrichtung, idealerweise in der Solarbranche oder vergleichbar
- Du verfügst über erste Erfahrung in der Führung von Teams und/oder leitender Projektsteuerung
- Du kennst dich mit einer kennzahlenorientierten Einkaufssteuerung sowie den Instrumenten und Methoden im Bereich Einkauf aus
- Du bist versiert in Verhandlungen und kommunizierst unsere Ziele und Erwartungen freundlich und klar gegenüber unseren Partnern und Lieferanten
- Du bist es gewohnt, deine Netzwerke einzusetzen um Marktwissen und Trends zu erkennen und zu quantifizieren
- Du verfügst über hervorragende Deutschkenntnisse
- Du hast Lust darauf, in einem hochmotivierten Team die neue Energiewelt voran zu treiben
