**DEINE AUFGABEN**

In dieser spannenden Position als **Senior Learning & Development Controlling & Analytics Specialist** bist du verantwortlich für das L&D-Budget und die Organisation des jährlichen Schulungsplans für alle CE-Consulting-Trainings. In enger Zusammenarbeit mit dem CE L&D Director und dem verantwortlichen Teammitglied erstellst du das L&D-Budget, erarbeitest Erkenntnisse und Empfehlungen basierend auf Finanzanalysen und überwachst die monatlichen Zahlungen in Zusammenarbeit mit dem L&D Operations Team. Du spielst eine wichtige Rolle bei der Planung aller L&D-Veranstaltungen für die kommenden Jahre in Zusammenarbeit mit funktionsübergreifenden Teams, einschließlich der Zusammenarbeit mit Veranstaltungsorten und externen Moderator:innen.

**DEINE EIGENSCHAFTEN**
- Du verfügst über starke analytische und quantitative Fähigkeiten und hast eine ausgeprägte Affinität zu Zahlen.
- Du achtest auf Details und Genauigkeit in der Finanzberichterstattung.
- Du kannst Daten in Excel sicher verarbeiten und analysieren.
- Du arbeitest gern selbständig und effizient, übernimmst Verantwortung für deinen Aufgabenbereich und hast einen ausgeprägten Sinn für Dringlichkeit und Ergebnisorientierung.
- Du bist ein Teamplayer und freust dich darauf, mit Kolleg:innen aus verschiedenen Ländern zusammenzuarbeiten, und du bist stolz darauf, große Schulungsveranstaltungen gemeinsam zu organisieren.
- Du verfügst über ausgezeichnete schriftliche und mündliche Kommunikationsfähigkeiten und bist in der Lage, diese an verschiedene Führungsebenen und Zielgruppen innerhalb und außerhalb von BCG anzupassen.

**DEINE ERFAHRUNGEN UND QUALIFIKATIONEN**
- Du verfügst über mindestens drei Jahre Berufserfahrung in den Bereichen Finanzen, Controlling, Learning & Development, HR oder einem anderen administrativen, kunden
- oder veranstaltungsbezogenen Arbeitsbereich.
- Du hast ausgezeichnete Deutsch
- und Englischkenntnisse.
- Du verfügst über fundierte Kenntnisse in Excel und PowerPoint - weitere analytische Fähigkeiten sind wünschenswert.
- Ein Hochschulabschluss in Betriebswirtschaft, Finanzwesen, Personalwesen oder in einem vergleichbaren Fachgebiet ist von Vorteil.
- Idealerweise bringst du Erfahrung in den Bereichen Finanzplanung, Controlling, Analyse oder in einer verwandten Funktion mit.

**DEINE KOLLEG:INNEN**

Du berichtest an den Central European Director of Learning & Development und den Central European L&D Operations Manager und arbeitest eng mit unserem über vier Länder verteilten CE L&D Team, verschiedenen HR-Abteilungen wie Recruiting und der Talent Management Unit sowie externen Stakeholdern zusammen.
