**Tasks and Qualifications**:
**Your tasks**:

- You will define the Linde Dealer network footprint across EMEA (including location and geographical sales density), support with succession planned and new dealer openings/partnerships, participate in M&A activities by providing key information and support during transactions
- You are working in a large stakeholder network across the regions and our headquarter functions to co-define and deploy the _Linde Dealer Sales Strategy _
- The establishment of targets and KPIs to conducting regular review meetings to steer and manage the business ensuring targets is driven by you
- Working with the regions and legal team to develop and maintain contractual policies and a dealer certification program, ensure compliance with all legal and regulatory practices, with full adoption across the business
- You will analyse leading indicators across both sales and service to predict potential challenges, working with the regions to identify corrective actions and growth opportunities e.g. dealer coverage, footprint, parts, headcount, etc
- Collaborate with the regions and our international Key Account department to maximize the customer experience and optimize service levels
- Develop and implement strategies to improve dealer performance and ensure satisfaction is high within their/our customer base

**Your qualifications**:

- You have completed a business degree, e.g. Business Administration, Law, Engineering, or a related field and have sound professional experience in the field of dealer relationships or a similar role in the material handling industry
- You have a deep understanding of the relevant processes in the industrial sector (B2B) and an understanding of legal and regulatory practices in EMEA in matrix organizations
- You have extensive experience turning data into insights and actions to create sales strategies
- Your team-oriented way of working, implementation strength and initiative set you apart and you communicate fluently in German and English; another european language could be a benefit
- You have a strong willingness to travel within the EMEA region
