Welche Aufgaben erwarten dich?- Als Team Lead leitest und verantwortest du dein Team sowohl personell, inhaltlich als auch finanziell nach betriebswirtschaftlichen Gesichtspunkten.- Dies beinhaltet die disziplinarische Verantwortung für die Mitarbeiter*innen. Darüber hinaus umfasst die Tätigkeit sowohl die fachlich-inhaltliche als auch die finanzielle Planung und Steuerung der jeweiligen Organisationseinheit.- Als Team Lead bist du erste*r Ansprechpartner*in für deine Mitarbeitenden und damit im Schwerpunkt für die Personalführung sowie für die Steuerung des operativen Geschäfts verantwortlich.- Insbesondere gehört der Aufbau des Teams in Bezug auf die Mercedes-Benz Tech Innovation Strategie, der Auf
- und Ausbau von Leistungen, die von Car After-Sales erbracht werden, zu deinen Aufgaben.- Als Team Lead (m/w/d) Car After-Sales Data positionierst du Mercedes-Benz Tech Innovation als exzellenten Partner für zukunftsweisende datengetriebene After-Sales Themen in der Mercedes-Benz Group AG.- Du entwickelst die Strategie des Business Streams Car After-Sales gemeinsam mit dem Führungsteam kontinuierlich weiter und gestaltest diese in deinem Team aus.- Basierend auf deiner ausgeprägten Kenntnis der After-Sales relevanten Daten, sorgst du für die Nutzung von Potentialen des vernetzten Fahrzeugs und der digitalen Kundenansprache mit Fokus auf „digital targeting“ und digitalen Services.- Du baust ein produktorientiertes Data Analytics Team auf, u.a. in Kooperation mit angrenzenden Business Streams wie OneCustomer, Car und Technologies & Security.- Du erkennst neue Technologien und Innovationen im Bereich Data Engineering / Architecture mit Mehrwert für die Mercedes-Benz Tech Innovation und treibst deren Einführung und Weiterentwicklung aktiv voran.- Du etablierst eine enge Zusammenarbeit mit verschiedenen Abteilungen innerhalb Global Customer Service & Parts, und den zugehörigen IT-Bereichen.- Du gestaltest die produktorientierte Zusammenarbeit mit den Business Partnern bei der Entwicklung und Gestaltung neuer Data Analytics Lösungen für den After-Sales von Mercedes-Benz.

Wie passt du in unser Team?- Du hast ein Studium im Bereich Informatik, Statistik, Mathematik, Data Science oder in einem ähnlichen Studiengang erfolgreich absolviert.- Du bringst Erfahrungen im Aufbau von datengetriebenen Entwicklungsteams mit.- Du hast ein gutes Verständnis für die After-Sales Strategie von Mercedes-Benz und hast eine Vorstellung, was „data-driven luxury“ in diesem Kontext bedeutet.- Du bist ein Treiber*in von Veränderungen in deinem Umfeld und kannst die Dimensionen Business Partner, Mitarbeiter*innen und Portfolio im Sinne der Mercedes-Benz Tech Innovation-Strategie balancieren.- Du hast ein tiefes Verständnis für Produktorientierung, passende Vorgehensweisen und Zusammenarbeitsmodelle.- Du kannst Großprojekte als Produkt Verantwortliche*r oder Projektleiter*in im agilen Entwicklungsumfeld steuern.- Du zeichnest dich durch eine hohe Flexibilität, Belastbarkeit und Einsatzbereitschaft in einem höchst dynamischen Umfeld aus.- Du bist offen für das kooperative Agieren im Business Stream und darüber hinaus sowie für dynamische Veränderungen.- Du lebst und förderst agile Prinzipien.- Du kommunizierst routiniert auf verschiedenen Management-Ebenen und verstehst die Bedürfnisse unterschiedlicher Zielgruppen, auch international.- Du ergänzt unser Team mit sehr guten Deutsch
- und Englisch-Kenntnissen.
