**Large & Mid-Cap Corporate Coverage - Associate/ Vice President (M/F/d) - BC Munich**

Munich Full-time/Part-time Permanent

BNP Paribas Corporate & Institutional Banking is a bridge between large multinationals and mid-sized companies with international business activities (Corporates) and institutional investors and financial service providers (Institutionals). The division is a leading provider of sustainable financing and investment solutions. More than 35,000 employees worldwide serve around 18,000 corporates and institutions in 56 countries. **Challenges that let you grow**:

- Supporting the Bankers in the preparation and follow up of the commercial strategy, and contributes to the development of the client relationship and profitability- Ensuring the active monitoring and reporting of corporate risks on his/her portfolio with the Senior Credit Advisor support- Preparing Credit Proposal and, when applicable, sanity check of Credit Proposal and monitoring of Credit Committees and Annual Reviews- Structuring plain vanilla products, responsible for deal implementation & follow up of its life cycle and covenants in coordination with relevant stakeholders- Ensuring the updating and accuracy of the CRM tool- Responsible for the KYC On-boarding or Recertification, and for ensuring adequate client due diligence and exercising constant vigilance over the business relationship of his/her clients- Ensuring consistent and comprehensive enforcement of BNP Paribas Compliance rules**Skills that convince**:

- Studies of economics or comparable academic education, alternatively an apprenticeship plus further educational background in banking- Senior expertise in credit analyze- Good knowledge of the large and midcap Corporates universe in Germany- Basic knowledge in Investment & Wholesale Banking- Professional experience in an international set-up- Ability to collaborate and willingness to work in a team- Results driven and client focused- Very good oral & written communication skills in German & English**What we offer**:
