As **Head Of Data (f/m/x)**, you drive the data strategy for the company and empower all areas of the business to take data-driven decisions. Leading a team of analysts, engineers and data scientists, you use industry-leading tools and infrastructure to deliver timely and crucial insights from all areas of our complex and distributed business. The unique thing about our IT team is that we can use their technical skills to tackle the most important topic of our generation - renewable energy in the era of climate change. Our IT colleagues have a direct impact on what the company is doing, and the company has a direct impact on the topic; essentially our work does have a direct impact.

**Your Responsibilities**:

- Develop and lead teams of Analysts, Data Engineers and Data Scientists
- Guide and develop the data infrastructure development for the company
- As a member of the leadership team, partner with other company leaders to drive data consumption and data-driven decision making inside the company
- Work with internal stakeholders to deliver actionable KPIs and visualizations
- Work with internal and external stakeholders to deliver data-driven experiences to customers

**Your profile**:

- You have 5+ years experience leading multidisciplinary data teams
- You have 5+ years experience creating, setting and delivering KPIs at scale, including for your teams
- You have a proven track record of developing scalable data infrastructure and working with cloud platforms
- You bring experience coordinating data activities for geographically distributed teams
- You have a strong grasp of database structures, design and query languages, such as SQL
- Desirable: Experience working with data from Salesforce and ERP
- Excellent communication skills in the English language
- Proficiency in the German language is a nice to have
