- WHAT YOU WILL DO- You will ensure the improvement of Salesforce skills in all Vaillant country organizations through the continuous development and delivery of accurate learning content
- You will analyze the development and training needs and collect stakeholder requirements around the CRM system Salesforce and prioritize them with focus on implementation
- You are responsible for the conception and development of learning content as short and concise e-learnings
- You will select suitable formats (e.g. videos, screen recordings, etc.) and produce the training content independently
- Close and continuous coordination with various corporate divisions such as sales strategy and the national subsidiaries as well as the compilation of reports/measurements of the success of the learning content round off your exciting area of responsibility
- WHAT YOU BRING ALONG- With your successfully completed technical and/or business studies or comparable training, you have the necessary tools of the trade
- You have already gained professional experience in a comparable position and have in-depth Salesforce knowledge (e.g. as a key user or Trailblazer)
- You have very good project management skills and experience in creating learning content, knowledge of LMS systems is an advantage
- Your very good MS Office skills (especially Power Point) help you in your day-to-day work
- Your strong communication skills and fluency in English enable you to communicate confidently in an international environment
- User-centered thinking, presentation and organization skills as well as a meticulous way of working round off your profile
