**The Role**:
Für unser **Terminal **in **Flörsheim **haben wir zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt die Position des **Operations Maintenance Coordinator (OMC) **zu besetzen.

Als OMC sind Sie das Bindeglied zwischen Terminal Manager, Terminal Operations Coordinator und Facility Engineer. Sie sind Mitglied des Führungsteams des Terminals und assistieren dem Terminal Manager bei der Wahrnehmung seiner Betreiberpflichten; Sie unterstützen den Terminal Operations Coordinator bei der Erfüllung der Terminal-Vorgaben und den Facility Engineer bei der Erhaltung sowie Verbesserung der Verfügbarkeit des Terminals.

In dieser Funktion übernehmen Sie ein sehr breites Sprektrum an Tätigkeiten:
**Tätigkeiten im Bereich Planung**:

- Schlüsselfunktion für effiziente Reparaturabwicklung und zugehöriger Außer
- und Inbetriebnahme von Anlagen/Anlagenteilen.
- Erstellung von Isolations
- und Einblock-Plänen (LOTO/ ICC)
- Prüft die in Permit Vision erstellten Arbeitspapiere der auszuführenden Tätigkeiten im Genehmigungsbereich, als LPI
- Tägliches Sichten und Priorisieren der eingehenden Störungsmeldungen im Bereich und Bewertung der Reparaturerfordernisse
- Direkter Ansprechpartner für Betriebspersonal und Engineering inkl. TAO mit der Herausforderung zwischen den unterschiedlichen Gewerken zu vermitteln
- Erarbeiten von Ausschreibungsunterlagen und Einforderung von Angeboten der Partnerfirmen
- Planung von Wartungen in DGAME in Absprache mit relevanten Abteilungen und Partnerfirmen
- Planung von Fremdfirmen u.a. für die notwendigen Eichungen. Prüfung fristgerecht und geplant abwickeln

**Tätigkeiten im Bereich Koordination**:

- Koordination der korrektiven und präventiven Instandhaltungsaktivitäten innerhalb des Terminals
- Koordination von instandhaltungsnahen Projekten und Sonderreparaturen nach Abstimmung mit dem Vorgesetzten
- Koordination von Kurz
- und Reinigungsstillständen gemäß TOM/ DGAME Standard
- Einhaltung der Anforderungen an Personen/Prozess
- Sicherheit im Rahmen der Koordination

**Tätigkeiten im Bereich der Qualitätssicherung**:

- Überwachung einer ordnungsgemäßen Qualität bei der Leistungserbringung und Rückmeldung der Fertigstellung in GSAP und bei Bedarf an den TOC
- Abstimmung von Terminverschiebungen von geplanten Arbeiten mit TOC und FE
- Sachliche Abnahme und Kontrolle von Leistungen
- Überwachung der Arbeitseffizienz und der Arbeitsvorbereitung vor Ort
- Berücksichtigung aller zugehörigen Anweisungen (Qualitätsmanagementsystem) und SDE Standards im Rahmen der Koordination

**Erfoderliche Berufsausbildung/Fachkenntnisse**:

- Abgeschlossene Ausbildung im Industriebereich, Chemie-Meister oder Techniker, vergleichbare oder höherwertige
- Mindestens 5- jährige Berufserfahrung
- Erfahrungen als Stillstand
- Koordinator oder Planer in anderen Bereichen
- Grundkenntnis der verfahrenstechnischen Prozesse eines Produktionsbetriebes
- Umfängliche Kenntnis instandhaltungsbezogener GSAP Transaktionen
- Sehr gute Kenntnis der Aufwendungen bei Leistungserbringung
- IH- bezogener Fachgewerk (Bedarf an Zeit, Personal und Material)
- Fließend Deutsch
- und sehr gute Englisch
- Kenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
