Wir suchen eine/n Senior UX Designer (w/m/d).

Ob im Berliner Büro oder Remote, ob Teil

Deine Mission

In Deutsch und Englisch kreierst und konzipierst du digitale Produkte, begleitest den Kunden strategisch in seinen Wünschen und Ansprüchen, nimmst alle mit auf die UX-Journey, mit Feingefühl und Sicht auf Nutzer wie auch Kundenbedürfnisse, mit Weitsicht für das Produkt, von der Entstehung über Testings hin bis zur Umsetzung.

Aufgaben

Deine Aufgaben
- Analyse von bestehenden Systemen (Services, Web, App) und die Identifikation von Optimierungspotentialen
- Konzeption von Architektur, Struktur und Prozessen digitaler Produkte & Services aus der Sicht relevanter Nutzergruppen
- Vorbereitung und Durchführung von qualitativen & quantitativen Research
- und Testing-Maßnahmen
- Entwicklung von Prototypen unter Einbezug von Research
- und Testing-ErgebnissenDu arbeitest eigenverantwortlich, aber nicht allein.

Es wartet ein Team auf dich aus UX, Design, Projektmanagement/Product Owner und Engineering / Web-Development.

Qualifikation

Dein Equipment
- mindestens 7 Jahre Erfahrung in UX-Projekten/digitaler Produktentwicklung im agilen Umfeld
- Eine strategische Denke mit Faible für Datenbasierte Gestaltung für die optimale Nutzerzentrierung
- Freude am agilen Umfeld und dem Arbeiten mit interdisziplinären Teams aus Product/ Projekt Management und technischer Entwicklung

Gern gesehen, aber kein Muss
- Leidenschaft für Innovationen, UX/CX, Tech
- Hintergrund aus dem Engineering: Du arbeitest eigenverantwortlich, aber nicht allein. Es wartet ein Team auf dich aus UX, Design, Projektmanagement/Product Owner und Engineering
