**Deine Rolle im Team**

Unsere Optiker ermitteln die Sehstärke, du findest die optimale Brille Mit uns kannst du deine Menschenkenntnis einbringen und mit der Möglichkeit verbinden, unsere Kund:innen sowohl auf dem Sales Floor zu unterstützen, als auch mit Know-How in Sachen Optik beiseite zu stehen. Du wirst also:

- Linsen schleifen und zuschneiden;
- Unseren Kund:innen in Stilfragen zur Seite stehen;
- Brillengestelle für den perfekten Sitz anpassen;
- Deine Erfahrung an Teammitglieder und Kunden weitergeben;
- Eng mit deinen Kolleg:innen zusammenarbeiten und unsere Optiker:innen unterstützen.
