Mit dem Graduate Program schickt Dich ZEISS auf Deinen individuellen Weg zur Fachexpertise. Dabei steht die Entwicklung in Deine Expertenrolle im Vordergrund - fachlich und persönlich.
Ihre Rolle
- Während der 18 Monate rotierst Du durch drei bis vier unterschiedliche Abteilungen bei ZEISS, die in den verschiedenen Geschäftsbereichen und optional auch im Ausland angesiedelt sind. Welche Abteilungen das sind, hängt von Deinem gewählten Schwerpunkt und Deiner künftigen Rolle ab. Außerdem nimmst Du während des Programms an mehreren Trainings, Workshops und Projektarbeiten zur fachlichen und persönlichen Entwicklung teil. Das alles mit dem Ziel, dass Du nach dem Programm durchstarten kannst - und mit den Basics vertraut bist, um eventuelle Führungsaufgaben übernehmen zu können.
Mögliche Aufgaben im Rahmen des Programms:
- Mitarbeit in einem Kooperationsprojekt (Lieferant/SMT) um eine neue Technologie marktreif zu entwickeln- Die Projektleitung in der Konzeption und Gestaltung unterstützen- Gemeinsam mit IP, Legal und R&D einen Kooperationsmodell erarbeiten
Ihr Profil- Abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Naturwissenschaften oder im Ingenieurswesen, gerne mit Schwerpunkt in Lasertechnik, Optik, Mechatronik, Maschinenbau, Physik oder Chemie- Praktische Erfahrungen, z.B. in Form von Praktika oder Werkstudententätigkeiten (max. 1,5 Jahre)- Projektmanagementkompetenz- Kommunikationsstärke- Freude am Austüfteln von Konzepten und innovativen Lösungen für Kundenanforderungen- Interesse an anspruchsvollen Projektaufgaben und den dazugehörigen Herausforderungen- Flexibilität, während des Programms an verschiedenen ZEISS Standorten in Deutschland zu arbeiten- Fließende Englisch
- und Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
