**Clinical Administrator (Full-Time / Part-Time)**

**Germany - Munich**

**Primary Purpose**

For our Real World Evidence team in Munich, we are looking for new colleagues experienced in healthcare administration. The Clinical Administrator will be an administrative support to the Project Manager, Clinical Research Associates and the study sites/Investigators.

**Responsibilities**
- Departmental administrative tasks (e.g. correspondence, telephone)
- Packaging and distribution of sites files / study documents
- Tracking and registration of returning study documents
- Query handling for paper projects
- eCRF (electronic Case Report Form) review
- Site management activities
- Administrative processing of site remunerations (e.g. review of invoices, queries)
- Support of study folder maintenance / TMF maintenance, data entry

**Experience**
- Practice nurse, Nurse (or directly applicable work experience preferred)
- Previous experience in Clinical Trials is an advantage (as a CTA, PA)
- Proficient with MS Office Suite
- High attention to detail required
- Excellent organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills (both oral and written)
- Knowledgeable in prioritization, organization, time management, and planning activities
- Fluency in German and English
