Are you ready to revolutionize the way businesses handle data workflows?

We are a Munich-based startup seeking a visionary Commercial Co-Founder to spearhead key areas of our growth strategy. As a no-code platform enabling swift creation of data workflows, we are poised to disrupt the industry, and we want you to be an integral part of this exciting journey.

We are at the forefront of empowering businesses with a no-code platform that facilitates the creation of data workflows in minutes. From extracting information from documents to seamlessly forwarding data and enriching it with insights from existing tools, we are reshaping how organizations manage their data flows.

**Your role & responsibilities**

In your role you will become the commercial counterpart to our Founder & CEO and drive all things revenue growth. Our MVP is live and we are ready to conquer the market. We are seeking a sparrings partner at eye level who is obsessed with leading our growth strategy. Your role extends to the forefront of cultivating and managing strategic partnerships, strategically expanding our market reach, and positioning us as highly-rated product in the market.

You will focus on three key pillars:
Revenue Growth & Business Development:

- Develop Ideal Customer Profiles (ICPs) and refine positioning strategies.
- Drive commercial growth through effective sales strategies.
- Forge strategic partnerships and alliances to expand our market reach.
- Develop new markets and segments

Customer Success & Sales:

- Implement customer success initiatives to ensure client satisfaction and retention.
- Gather feedback to inform product improvements and enhancements.
- Develop a customer-centric culture within the organization.

Product Marketing:

- Lead marketing efforts to increase brand visibility and market awareness.
- Develop and execute marketing campaigns aligned with our goals.
- Utilize data-driven insights to refine marketing strategies for optimal impact.

**What you need to succeed**
- Proven track record in bringing B2B software to market and driving various growth initiatives - from sales to marketing
- Strong analytical skills and a demonstrated ability to make data-driven decisions.
- Fluency in German is essential for effective communication and market understanding.
- Entrepreneurial spirit with a passion for innovation and disruption.
