**About the Job**:
In your day-to-day work, you'll be building on the foundation that is already in place, in order to keep up with the increasing demands following the move from research & prototyping phase to production phase.

**In this role, you'll**:

- Set up a new production site in the area of Munich and oversee & coordinate the production process and supply chain
- On a company-wide level you manage the overall performance management and Key-KPIs
- Overview the scalability of sales and marketing processes through analytics, the definition of targets, KPIs and best practices
- Support with devising & driving the company's growth strategy including budgeting & financial planning
- Set up and optimise processes and information flows to build the foundation of the ventures´ scaling phase

**Your Profile**:

- Successful completion of a technical, scientific or business university degree
- Proven experience in international scaling of hardware and/or software products, ideally in a startup environment
- Entrepreneurial mindset, a self-starter, passionate and highly driven to meet and exceed both personal and professional targets
- Very good knowledge of both **German** and **English**:

- Strong leader, positive, self-motivator and motivator of employees
- Highly data driven and comfortable analysing metrics to reflect on areas for growth and development

**Please note that we're looking for support in the Munich area. Eligibility to work in the EU is required.**
