**Head of Product Marketing (flexible location)**:

**This position reports to**:
Head of Product Management & Technology

**Your responsibilities**:

- Develops and implements annual marketing plan in conjunction with Product Management, Segment Management and Sales.
- Engages with communications team to ensure the marketing activities are supported with a proper communication plan and execution happens according to the plan in a coordinated way.
- Manages the development, creation and production of marketing collateral and external and internal product websites to support sales activities and product launches with strong focus to develop traditional collateral to be electronic and online.
- and segment-specific value propositions together with Product Management, Segment Management and Sales. Makes sure they are communicated and maintained through the right tools, customer presentations and on our websites. Establishes a process that makes those value propositions easy to maintain and communicate.
- Establishes product marketing targets and budgets. Ensures their achievement through regular oversight, and definition and implementation of improvement plans as needed.
- Ensures (with HR Manager support) that the area of responsibility is properly organized, staffed, skilled and directed.
- Coaches, motivates and develops direct and indirect subordinates within HR policies.

**Your background**:

- Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or in a related discipline.
- 8-10 years of experience in Marketing, Communications, Product Management or Sales.
- Experience in the relevant industry field is required.
- Good knowledge of Large Motors and Generators markets and customer needs is an advantage.
- Structured way of working and outside-in thinking.
- Ability to develop strong international network within the organization and collaborate with key stakeholders.
- Excellent written and spoken communication, ability to convey clear and powerful messages.
- Customer-oriented, market-oriented mindset.
- Fluent English language skills.
