**Head of Global Serialization and Track and Trace (f/m/d)**
- Bad Vilbel | Germany (DE) | Full-time | Permanent**What you can expect**:

- You will manage STADA Global Serialization and T&T needs/requirements per market always in line with Global and local legislation.
- You will ensure compliance with local Serialization and T&T legislation in a timely manner and minimizing the impact of non-justifiable returns and product complaints.
- You will be leading the transformation inside STADA connected to serialization and T&T rollout as well as working out standardized methods of serialization and T&T operations management and monitoring its efficiency.
- You will be responsible for the implementation of Serialization and T&T requirements for emerging markets.
- You will ensure that new product launches and product transfers are performed on time in respect to Serialization and T&T requirements.
- You will be responsible for harmonization of approaches to the management of T&T projects (new countries), as well as to the management of Serialization/T&T Operations (countries where serialization/T&T is already in place) - across the markets.
- You will manage integration of new portfolio
- / company acquisitions into existing serialization and T&T processes with the focus of timely project management.
- You will monitor end-to-end T&T process (incl. codes provisioning and utilization, product movements, products release) along the supply chain.
- You will ensure adequate information flow and coordination between all internal and external stakeholders on serialization and T&T relevant topics. Guarantee transparent information exchange and overall project timelines. Communication and informing all stakeholders such as planning, production, quality, regulatory, GPM as well as suppliers and affiliates along the process.
- You will further develop performance management in the area by implementing / enhancing performance indicators through T&T (where it is applicable), e.g. setup of KPI definitions, calculation methods, technical setup, measurement approach and analysis) to measure, predict and manage the inhouse customer service activities and achieve organization's goals. Identification of improvement areas, definition and implementation of action plans.
- You will oversee and lead budgeting process in the assigned area (e.g. alignment on Serialization and T&T budgets among the clusters).
- You will be responsible for developing effective and strong working relationships with all affiliates and clusters, the global Supply Chain office as well as the majority of the supplying plants (local, regional, global).

**Who we are looking for**:

- You have higher education in Engineering, Economics, IT or similar field
- You have 10+ years of experience in Pharmaceutical industry
- You possess good knowledge of SAP and Arvato CSDB
- You have profound knowledge of end-to-end serialization and T&T process: from production (packaging) to end user. T&T knowledge including Governmental requirements/timelines awareness of assigned markets
- You have actively participated in Anticounterfeiting committees and workshops
- You have thorough understanding of project management: timelines, dependencies, plans, milestones, KPI, reporting, tracking progress
- You have a flexible, can-do, “hands-on” positive attitude - actively seeking out solutions and happy to do what is needed to progress things; able to do what is required as directed and pick up new skills
- You are a self-starter motivated by challenge
- You are comfortable with working through detailed lists and ensuring all points/activities are addressed
- Proficiency in the English language is a must
