**Your future role.**

As the Senior Strategy Director, you will play a pivotal role in steering our strategic projects and initiatives. You will be responsible for developing and executing strategies that align with our long-term goals, ensuring sustainable growth and competitive advantage. This role requires a strategic thinker with exceptional leadership skills and a proven track record in managing complex projects and reporting to executive leadership.
- **Strategic Planning**:Develop and implement comprehensive strategic plans that drive business growth and operational efficiency for our 5 divisions (low voltage motors, High voltage motors, Drives, solutions and services)
- **Project Management**: Lead and oversee strategic projects from inception to completion, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with business objectives.
- **Proactive Initiatives**: Proactively initiate new business ideas, projects and initiatives for competitiveness and growth, leveraging technological advancements to drive the company's strategic objectives.
- **Market Analysis**: Conduct thorough market research and analysis to identify market trends, competitors’ moves, opportunities and threats, informing strategic decision-making.
- **Performance** **Monitoring**: Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to monitor the success of strategic initiatives and projects.
- **Innovation**: Foster a culture of innovation, encouraging creative solutions and continuous improvement within the team.
- **Stakeholder Engagement**:Collaborate with executive leadership and cross-functional teams to ensure strategic alignment and effective communication.
- **Project Team** **Leadership**: Lead and mentor project teams, providing guidance and support to ensure the successful execution of projects.

**Your profile.**
- You own a master’s degree in business administration, Strategic Management, or a related field. MBA is a plus.
- You have long-term experience in strategic planning and project management, preferably in a senior leadership role with affinity to our industries i.e., Motors and Drives.
- You are proficient in creating and editing professional presentations using Microsoft PowerPoint.
- Furthermore, you bring proficiency in project management tools.
- Your strengths are strong analytical and problem-solving skills, visionary thinking with a strategic mindset and results orientation with a focus on achieving measurable outcomes.
- You have a proven ability to lead and inspire teams and you be adaptable and resilient in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities in English round your profile.
