**Company Description**
We are engaged in a collaborative effort with a global workforce solutions provider for oil and gas and energy industry for this position.

As a Senior Recruitment Consultant, you will use your expertise to manage high-profile placements, build strong client relationships and drive business growth.

**Responsibilities**:

- Manage your client relationships like a pro—from virtual

calls to phone calls and in-person meetings.
- Ensure everything aligns with the quality standards, national regulations, and client-specific requirements.
- Proactively generate new leads, develop new clients, and strengthen relationships with existing clients.
- Take responsibility for contract negotiations within our company standards.
- Analyze market trends within your sector to help the sales strategy

**Qualifications**
- 5+ years of experience in recruitment and sales.
- Experience in Recruitment Agencies is a big plus
- Expertise in prioritizing tasks with a good time management.
- Determined to achieve professional success and pursue goals.
- Outgoing, confident, and a strong communicator.
- Motivated by fast-paced environments.
