**Overview**:The Logistics and Administrator is responsible for handling shipment and supply chain coordination, as well as providing essential administrative support. This role ensures smooth logistics operations and efficient office management.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**1. Shipment Coordination**
- Schedule and track shipments to ensure on-time delivery.
- Communicate with vendors and carriers to confirm shipping details and resolve any issues.
- Prepare shipments, including packing, labelling, and strapping, to ensure secure and accurate delivery.

**2. Supply Chain Coordination**
- Work with suppliers and teams to manage inventory and reorder supplies as needed.
- Help optimize the supply process to meet company demands.

**3. Administrative Tasks**
- **Documentation**: Keep logistics and administrative files organized and prepare basic reports.
- **Scheduling**: Manage calendars and schedule meetings or events.
- **Office Support**: Order supplies, assist with office upkeep, and help with onboarding new staff.
- **Compliance**: Ensure logistics activities follow company policies and regulations.
