**Your Mission**:
**As the People Operations Lead, you will be responsible for a diverse range of tasks, including**:
- People Operations: Lead the people operations team at Jodel, overseeing and streamlining HR processes throughout the employee lifecycle while ensuring compliance with policies and regulations.
- Performance Management: Oversee and enhance our performance management process, working closely with managers to drive continuous improvement and employee development.
- Event Management: Plan and execute company events, fostering team building and a sense of community.
- People Analytics: Utilize data-driven insights to inform HR and organizational strategies and decision-making, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and learning, such as through engagement surveys, functional retros and audit support.
- Culture Enrichment Projects: Lead initiatives that contribute to a positive and vibrant workplace culture, driving projects that align with our core values and goals.
**What you need to succeed**:
- Proven Experience: A track record of success in HR leadership or business partner roles, focused on at least one of the following areas: operations, performance management or people analytics.
- Strategic Thinker: Ability to think strategically and implement HR initiatives that align with overall business objectives.
- Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build strong relationships across all levels of the organization.
- Innovative Mindset: A creative thinker who can drive projects and initiatives that enhance our workplace culture.
- Analytical Abilities: Strong analytical skills with the ability to leverage data for informed decision-making.
- Team Player: Collaborative spirit with the ability to work effectively within a diverse team.
- Adaptability: Flexibility to adapt to a dynamic and fast-paced work environment.
