**Tätigkeitsbereich**:
Im Rahmen des Transformationsprojekts S4GIZ optimieren wir im Projekt NMA2Standard Datenstrukturen und Prozesse mit Fokus auf HR-Themen für eine spätere Migration der aktuellen SAP-Version auf die neue S4HANA-Landschaft, die dann die Basis für alle globalen Personal
- und Unternehmensprozesse wie Personal, Entwicklung, Beschaffung oder Finanzierung sein wird. Unter anderem vereinheitlichen wir die Stammdaten nationaler und internationale Kollegen für eine bessere globale Steuerung der Prozesse. Hierzu werden zunächst die Daten der nationalen Mitarbeitenden in den aktuellen SAP-Standard migriert. In Ihrer Rolle als HR NMA Data Specialist unterstützen Sie die Kolleg*innen in den Landesbüro als regionale Ansprechperson darin, die Migration der Personaldaten vorzubereiten, das notwendige Know-How aufzubauen und nach der Migration mit dem neuen System arbeitsfähig zu sein.
**Ihre Aufgaben**:
- Mitarbeit im Testmanagement im Rahmen der Datenmigration und den damit verbundenen funktionalen Anpassungen
- Einarbeitung und Betreuung der weltweiten HR-Kolleg*innen in die neue Anwendung SAP HR Modul sowie Beantwortung der Fragen im Zusammenahng mit der Datenverwaltung
- Management der Bedarfe der HR-Kolleg*innen in einer definierten Region/ weltweit sowie Vermittlung dieser im NMA2Standard-Projekt, um die Handlungsfähigkeit der HR-Abteilungen vor Ort aufrechtzuerhalten
- Beratung der HR-Abteilungen vor Ort in Bezug auf Kommunikationsstrategien bzgl. der Migration und Unterstützung des NMA2Standard-Projekt in der GIZ-weiten Kommunikation
- Koordination von Aspekten der Datenqualität nach der Migration und Erstellung regelmäßiger Berichte zur Datenqualität in Absprache mt den Landesbüros
- Erarbeitung und Durchführung von Schulungen und anderen Lernformaten für HR-Fachkräfte weltweit
- Verantwortung des Anforderungsmanagements für das SAP Core HR Modul in Bezug auf NMA Themen; Integration von verschiedenen Anforderungen der HR-Einheiten der Landesbüros und der Zentrale im Projekt S4GIZ
**Ihr Profil**:
- Abgeschlossener Hochschulabschluss, idealerweise im Bereich Personal, Betriebswirtschaftslehre, IT oder vergleichbarer Abschluss
- Sichere Anwenderkenntnisse in SAP HCM, idealerweise als Key-User oder mit Erfahrung im Testmanagement von IT Lösungen oder Erfahrungen im SAP Anforderungsmanagement
- Mehrjährige relevante Erfahrungen mit HR-IT-Prozessen im Kontext der internationalen Zusammenrarbeit, vorzugsweise im Aufbau von weltweiten Strukturen
- Erfahrung in der Konzeption von Trainings (persönliche, online, web-based) sowie Trainingsmaterialien und der Durchführung von Trainings
- Solide Erfahrung mit den MS Office Anwendungen (Word, Outlook, PowerPoint), besonders umfangreiche Excelkenntnisse
- Schnelle Anpassungsfähigkeit, eigenständige und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise sowie sehr gute Kommunikationsfähigkeiten
- Fließende Englisch
- und Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift, Französisch und/ oder Spanisch von Vorteil
