**Dein Spielfeld**:
- Du unterstützt die Personaler:innen bei der Mitarbeitendenbetreuung und im Tagesgeschäft z.B. Bewerbendenkommunikation, Recruiting und Terminierung von Bewerbungsgesprächen
- Du übernimmst administrative Aufgaben im Bereich People & Culture z.B. Pflege von Daten in unserer Personalmanagement Software, Zeugniserstellung oder Exceltabellen
- Zu deinen Aufgaben gehört die Recherche zu diversen Themen z.B. im Bereich Onboarding oder Employer Branding
- Du bist ein aktiver Teil unseres People & Culture Teams, in dem du an aktuellen Projekten mitwirkst, Raum für eigene Ideen hast und in Meetings mit deinen Kolleg:innen unsere Recruitingmaßnahmen optimierst
**Deine Skills**:
- Du befindest dich im Studium z.B. im Bereich BWL, Personal, HR oder Psychologie
- Du hast erste Vorerfahrungen im Bereich Personal z.B. durch eine Werkstudierenden-Tätigkeit oder Praktika
- Du arbeitest nicht nur selbständig, lösungsorientiert und zuverlässig, sondern bist auch ein Organisationstalent und ein Teamplayer
- Du verfügst über Kommunikationsstärke und gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
