- Für unseren Mandanten in der Modebranche suchen wir einen erfahrenen Leiter (m/w/d) im Bereich People & Culture. Unser Kunde ist bekannt für seine hochwertigen Produkte und man hat in dieser Funktion die Möglichkeit die Zukunft dieses Unternehmens aktiv mitzugestalten. Diese Position ist ideal für Menschen, die Freude daran haben, sich anspruchsvollen Aufgaben zu stellen und Prozesse zu digitalisieren oder neu zu gestalten.

**Ihre Aufgaben**:

- Sie übernehmen die fachliche und disziplinarische Leitung eines kleinen HR-Teams und sind aktiv im Tagesgeschäft involviert
- Eine ganzheitliche Verantwortung für alle HR-bezogenen Aufgaben, einschließlich Personalentwicklung, Employer Branding und Talentmanagement
- Der Schwerpunkt der Aufgabe liegt in der Gestaltung der Arbeitgebermarke und im Ausbau der aktuellen Arbeitsumgebung
- Die Optimierung und Digitalisierung der bestehenden HR-Prozesse und Strukturen stehen ebenfalls auf Ihrer Agenda
- Sie werden als verlässlicher Ansprechpartner für die Geschäftsführung, Führungskräfte und Mitarbeiter fungieren
- Die enge Zusammenarbeit mit dem Betriebsrat wird ebenfalls zu Ihren Aufgaben gehören
- Des Weiteren verantworten Sie die Erstellung des Personalkostenbudgets

**Ihr Profil**:

- Sie verfügen über ein abgeschlossenes Studium mit Schwerpunkt Personal oder eine vergleichbare Ausbildung
- Sie bringen fundierte Berufserfahrung mit, idealerweise in einer generalistischen HR-Rolle, als HR Business Partner oder in einer ersten Führungsposition
- Sie gehen gerne neue Wege, möchten aktiv an der Gestaltung beteiligt sein und sind motiviert, Veränderungen voranzutreiben
- Ihre Kommunikations
- und Präsentationsfähigkeiten sind sehr ausgeprägt, Sie sind ein Teamplayer, aber auch in der Lage, in relevanten Situationen Durchsetzungsvermögen zu zeigen
- Mit ausgezeichneten Kenntnissen im Arbeits
- und Betriebsverfassungsrecht sowie Erfahrung in der Betriebsratsarbeit sind Sie bestens ausgerüstet
- Sehr gute Deutsch
- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift komplettieren Ihr Profil.
