In your role as **Talent Acquisition Specialist (M/F/d)** you will manage hiring for our critical business functions. You will be key in attracting and hiring the right talent that will help Flink achieve our mission of giving people back time, by revolutionizing the way that they buy their groceries.
- ** Talent Sourcing.** Leverage your sourcing skills to attract and win the best talent for Flink while building long-term relationships with talent pools and communities across the industry.
- ** Recruitment Analytics.** Use data and metrics to further improve our processes as well as to develop meaningful and well-thought-out recruiting strategies.
- ** Stakeholder Managment. **Build strong relationships with your key stakeholders, becoming a trusted partner on all hiring-related topics
**Qualifications**:
- At least 2+ years of talent acquisition experience, either house or as an embedded
- Experience recruiting across multiple business units such as operations, finance, and marketing.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to use data to positively influence and improve the recruitment process.
- High proficiency in recruiting platforms and tools. SmartRecruiters experience is a plus.
- Fluency in English and C1+ German
