- Übernahme der Verantwortung für die quantitativen und qualitativen Quartals
- und Jahresziele im Gebiet
- Proaktive Betreuung aller bestehenden Kunden (endourologisch arbeitende Kliniken) und Gewinnung neuer Kunden für unser wachsendes Unternehmen
- Einbindung aller externen Stakeholdern in den Verkaufsprozess, Führen von Verhandlungen und Abschließen von Vereinbarungen mit Einkäufern und Controllern in den Kliniken und Einkaufsgemeinschaften
- Leitung von Kundenworkshops und Schulungen beim Kunden vor Ort, Begleitung von OP´s und Interventionen, Durchführung von Einweisungen und Fallbegleitungen
- Vertretung des Unternehmens bei Kongressen, Workshops und Tagungen
- Betreuung der Konsignationsläger im eigenen Vertriebsgebiet
- Durchführung von Markt
- und Mitbewerberbeobachtungen
**Sie passen zu uns. Was Sie mitbringen**:
- Optimalerweise Medizinprodukteberater nach MPG und/oder Quereinsteiger mit ersten medizinischen oder kaufmännischen Kenntnissen aus dem Medizintechnik-Bereich (OP Pfleger/in oder mit Urologie-Erfahrung, Einkäufer/in aus Kliniken oder Einkaufsgemeinschaften)
- Idealerweise Erfahrung in vergleichbarer Position im Bereich Urologie & Gastroenterologie von Vorteil (Vertragsverhandlungen, Bonuskonzepte und DRG System)
- Großes Maß an Selbstständigkeit und Eigeninitiative
- Hohes Maß an Teamfähigkeit
- Freude daran, kreative Gedanken, neue Ideen und Ansätze zuzulassen und mit einzubringen
- Fähigkeit und Bereitschaft, sich selbst zu hinterfragen und die eigene Arbeit und Lösungsansätze zu prüfen und ggfls. zu adaptieren
- Führerschein und Reisebereitschaft (inkl. vereinzelt mit Übernachtung)
