We are currently looking for our future** Business Support Assistant (M/F/d) Controlling **based in Blieskastel for a permanent contract.

**Your mission**
- You provide assistance and administrative support to managers and staff for a function at the group level (people based in different countries)
- You coordinate meetings, such as scheduling meeting times, making travel arrangements for attendees and ensuring that various meeting amenities are available
- You support regarding the preparation of presentations and analysis of data for differen meetings
- You schedule appointments for supported staff and answer or redirects routine enquiries from internal or external sources
- You accurately transcribe, type, format, and proof read documents (e.g., correspondence, contracts, meeting minutes, reports, speeches, and presentations)
- You perform other administrative tasks using independent judgment and discretion
- You are the driving force behind all initiatives designed to improve the operation of the various departments

**Your profile**
- You have completed your Bachelor Degree in Business Administration or have got a similar qualification
- You have got first experience in a similar position in an international company
- Your knowledge of MS-Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) enables you to support with presentations and analysis
- You have good communication-/writing-skills
- Organisational skills, solution orientation, self-employment, flexibility and discretion are your strengths
- You speak fluent English, German and/or French language skills would be a plus
