**Wen suchen wir?**:
Für unser hauptamtliches Team der JOBLINGE gAG MRN **am Standort Ludwigshafen** suchen wir **ab sofort** eine*n **working student (15-20 Std./Woche) (m/w/divers).**

**Was sind deine Aufgaben?**:
Du unterstützt in der Verwaltung, Arbeit mit Jugendlichen und der Koordination mit Unternehmen.
Du unterstützt projektbezogen u.a. in den Bereichen Marketing, Kommunikation und Fundraising.
Du pflegst die JOBLINGE-Datenbank und erstellst Statistiken (z. B. zur Teilnehmendenstruktur, Vermittlungs
- und Nachhaltigkeitsquote, Ausbildungsberufe).
Du betreust Unternehmenspartner, holst Feedback zur Zusammenarbeit mit Teilnehmenden ein.
Du unterstützt bei berufsorientierenden Projekten mit JOBLINGE-Teilnehmenden im Rahmen der Orientierungsphase.
Du arbeitest an den teilnehmendenbezogenen Berichten mit.

**Was du mitbringen solltest**:
Du befindest dich in einem wirtschafts-, sozial
- oder geisteswissenschaftlichen Studium und möchtest Praxiserfahrung in einer innovativen bundesweiten gemeinnützigen Initiative sammeln.
Du kennst dich gut in MS-Office aus, besitzt eine hohe IT-Affinität und interessierst dich für die Arbeit mit einer PC-basierten Datenbank.
Du verfügst über hohe Eigenmotivation, eine präzise und zuverlässige Arbeitsweise und Freude an einer Dienstleistungstätigkeit.
Du hast ein Gespür für zielgruppengerechte Kommunikation.
Du bist zeitlich für mindestens ein Jahr (gerne länger) regelmäßig an zwei Tagen pro Woche (flexibel nach Absprache) verfügbar.
