**Welche Aufgaben erwarten dich?**
- Du unterstützt das Recruitingteam. Gemeinsam arbeitet ihr im Bewerbermanagement und bearbeitet eingehende Bewerbungen.
- Zu deinen Aufgaben gehört auch die aktive Suche nach IT-Fachkräften und Spezialist_innen über verschiedene Kanäle (LinkedIn, XING, etc.) und die Kontaktaufnahme zu möglichen Kandidat_innen.
- Außerdem unterstützt du dein Team bei der Terminkoordination für telefonische und persönliche Erstgespräche, sowie fachliche Interviews.
- Du korrespondierst schriftlich und telefonisch mit den Bewerber_innen.

**Was solltest du mitbringen?**
- Du bist an einer Hochschule oder Universität eingeschrieben, idealerweise mit Schwerpunkt Personal
- oder Wirtschaftswissenschaften.
- In der Vergangenheit konntest du bestenfalls schon Erfahrung in der Pflege von Datensätzen sammeln und du verfügst über sichere MS Office Kenntnisse.
- Du hast eine Affinität zur IT und bist in der Lage, Charaktereigenschaften in einem Lebenslauf und in Zeugnissen herauszuarbeiten.
- Außerdem arbeitest du selbstorganisiert und zuverlässig, ein freundliches und sicheres Auftreten ist für dich eine Selbstverständlichkeit.
