**THE TEAM**
You will join our Production team, responsible for developing a logistics strategy and warehouse system for the arculus robot production system - APS. In this role, you will focus on optimizing material and transportation costs while maintaining quality standards and supporting the implementation of a logistics framework for series production. You will be a part of a cross-functional, agile, international, and distributed workforce, driving efficiency and innovation in our production processes.
**RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Manage the product transition within existing and new product families from development to series production in terms of the supply chain
- Plan and supervise logistics processes as well as concepts (inbound, inhouse, and outbound) during the series development, ramp-up, and series production on-site
- Plan, design and modify logistics and warehouse concepts for the arculus production system
- Create and manage the warehouse relevant data of the arculus portfolio within SAP and other related systems
- Identify optimization potentials of existing logistics processes and implementation of suitable measures for more efficiency and stability
- Report and track non-conformances and deviations from the standard logistics process in our supply chain network, and driving to closure
- Work closely with production, development, quality and the engineering department on supply chain issues and improvement areas
**QUALIFICATIONS**
- Technical degree in the field of mechanical engineering, production engineering, industrial engineering, logistics engineering or a comparable technical field
- 3-5 years of relevant experience ideally in logistics planning or industrial engineering
- Familiar with product data management, inventory systems and technical information (PDM, EPLANS, SOLIDWORKS, drawings, etc.)
- Knowledge of manufacturing processes in the field of industrial goods and are able to design new ways of supply chain concepts
- Expert in the field of lean logistics and lean management methods, such as six sigma or value stream mapping
- Fluent in English and German
- Experience in process optimization and possess project management skills
- Confident and experienced in working with external partners, such as suppliers and logistics service providers
- Ability to work in a diverse and international team and you have strong communication skills
