We are seeking a motivated and creative working student to support our Talent Management and Learning & Development (L&D) Center of Expertise. This role offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in HR, contribute to meaningful projects, and collaborate with professionals across the organization.

**WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR**:

- You are currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's program, preferably in Human Resources, Organizational Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- You have a strong interest (and perhaps even some prior experience) in topics related to talent management or learning & development.
- You have excellent organizational and administrative skills, as well as a creative mindset with the ability to contribute innovative ideas.
- You are communicative, a real team player and enjoy taking ownership and responsibility.
- You have proficiency in Google Suites and familiarity with Qualtrics or L&D platforms (Workday Learning) is a plus.
- You are fluent in written and spoken English. German is a plus.

**YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES**:
Talent Management:

- Help draft and update talent management guidelines across the employee life cycle.
- Assist in the implementation of talent assessment and development programs.

Learning & Development:

- Set-up, maintain and update the Tradebyte Learning & Development intranet page.
- Collaborate with the L&D team to develop innovative concepts and strategies for employee development.
- Contribute to the content creation of learning and training programs (tailored to the needs of the organization).

Administrative Support:

- Assist with the management and maintenance of L&D platforms, as well as internal learning & development tickets.
- Schedule and coordinate training sessions, workshops, and other L&D activities.
- Handle documentation, record-keeping and data analysis related to talent management processes.
- Support the preparation and dissemination of training materials and guidelines.
