**ABOUT THE ROLE**
85% unserer Bewohner*in leben für mehrere Monate in unserer Location und dein Ziel ist dieser Community einen reibungslosen und unvergesslichen Aufenthalt zu ermöglichen. Dein Aufgabenbereich umfasst daher alles, was in unserer Community und am Empfang passiert, wie zum Beispiel:
- Du bietest einen ausgezeichneten Kundenservice und bist Ansprechperson für alle Fragen und Wünsche unserer Community
- Du bist verantwortlich für unsere Community Events (kostenlose und kostenpflichtige Veranstaltungen) und organisierst Veranstaltungen vor Ort, die unsere Bewohner*in lieben und von denen sie all ihren Freunden erzählen - vorzugsweise auch in den sozialen Medien
- Du bist verantwortlich für die Inhalte unserer Bewohner*in -App und vermarktest die Community Events und unser Café
- Du bewirtest unsere Gäste mit Kaffeespezialitäten, Softdrinks, Cocktails und kleinen Snacks
- Du stellst die Ordnung und Sauberkeit im gesamten Arbeits
- bzw. Café/ Bar Bereich sicher
- Du sorgst dafür, dass unsere Snack & Getränke Automaten gefüllt sind und ansprechend präsentiert werden
**YOUR PROFILE**
- Du bringst Berufserfahrung in einem Bereich wie Hotellerie, Gastronomie, Office Management, Teamassistenz, Event Management oder Ähnlichem mit, gern auch Quereinsteiger
- Du kannst deine Aufgaben effektiv organisieren und priorisieren und behältst auch in herausfordernden Situationen einen kühlen Kopf
- Du bist verantwortungsbewusst, detailorientiert, sehr zuverlässig und ein echter Teamplayer
- Du hast Spaß an Community, Apps und Social Media
- Du hast sehr gute mündliche und schriftliche Kommunikationsfähigkeiten in Deutsch & Englisch
