**Your responsibilities**
- You coordinate homologation and vehicle data management for EU markets and support local legal entities
- You lead the Homologation team EU and coordinate with Homologation our team in China
- You support EU vehicle type approvals
- You handle mandatory processes such as battery recycling requirements in the markets
- You support and advise RD China concerning new regulations (such as R155-R157)

**What you Bring**
- You have a University degree in Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or comparable
- You have a strong vehicle homologation background
- You bring 5+ years of experience in a leading position within OEM or technical services
- You bring strong knowledge of EU homologation and approval procedures
- You bring strong knowledge in new regulations (R155and others)
- You possess excellent organizational, analytical skills and multi-tasking skills
- You have excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (German, Chinese or other language is a plus)
- You have flexibility and willingness to travel as required
- Proven experience and competence in working with foreign cultures
