**DEINE AUFGABEN**:

- Führung des Vertriebsinnendiensts (kaufm. und techn. Vertrieb)
- Weiterentwicklung des Kundenservices, auch durch enge Zusammenarbeit mit den Head of Sales und Außendienstteams in Europa
- Weiterentwicklung der Kundenzufriedenheit, auch durch enge Zusammenarbeit mit den anderen Bereichen
- Kundenberatung und -betreuung
- Angebotserstellung, -nachverfolgung und Auftragsabwicklung
- Gemeinsame Betreuung und Ausbau der Kundenbasis mit den Head of Sales und Außendienstteams in Europa
- Fachliche Führung des Teams, inkl. Betreuung von Auszubildenden / Trainees
- Motivation, Coaching und Weiterentwicklung des Teams

**DEIN PROFIL**:
**Unsere Anforderungen**:

- Abgeschlossenes Studium oder kaufmännisch-technische Ausbildung mit Vertriebsschwerpunkt
- Idealerweise Kenntnisse der PV-Branche oder/und in der Bauindustrie
- Sicherer Umgang mit Warenwirtschafts
- und Office-Anwendungen sowie CRM-Systemen
- Sehr gute Deutsch
- und Englisch-Kenntnisse, weitere Sprachen von Vorteil
- Führungs
- und Verhandlungskompetenz
- Hohes technisches Verständnis und Interesse
