Als Team Expansion treiben wir mit Leidenschaft die Entwicklung eigener 1K5°-Standorte in ganz Deutschland voran. Das von uns entwickelte “Entrepreneur in Residence Programm” dient dabei als bewährte Blaupause für den zügigen und kosteneffizienten Aufbau einer 1K5°-Niederlassung im Einklang mit den etablierten Prozessen und Tools von 1K5°. **Deine Position**:

- Du bist die rechte Hand der VP Expansion und unterstützt bei strategischen Entscheidungen und operativen Angelegenheiten
- Dabei verantwortest du insbesondere die Analyse von Unternehmensdaten und die Erstellung von Berichten zur Unterstützung bei Entscheidungsfindungen z. B. Performance Bewertung einer Niederlassung
- Du unterstützt bei der Koordination von internen und externen Kommunikationsaktivitäten sowie dem Stakeholder-Management
- Du übernimmst Aufgaben im operativen Tagesgeschäft, z. B. die Erstellung von Präsentationen und die Betreuung der Niederlassungen
- Für unsere weitere Professionalisierung, entwickelst du Playbooks, Standards und Prozesse und setzt diese im Feld um

**Dein Profil**:

- Du hast ein erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium, idealerweise im Bereich Wirtschaftswissenschaft, Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
- Du hast mindestens 2 Jahre einschlägige Berufserfahrung, idealerweise im Beratungsumfeld oder in einem StartUp
- Du verfügst über strategisches und analytisches Denkvermögen und bist extrem zahlenaffin
- Du bist absolut zuverlässig, scheust keinen hohen Workload, arbeitest eigenständig und sehr genau
- Reisebereitschaft und Vor-Ort-Präsenz bei den Niederlassungen sind für dich selbstverständlich
