Dann haben wir den perfekten Job für Dich: Die EF Sprachschule in Berlin sucht „Residence Advisors“ (m/w/d) - oder auf gut Deutsch: Betreuer/innen und Ansprechpartner/innen für die Unterkünfte unserer internationalen Sprachstudenten.

**Was ist die „EF Residence“?**

Einige unserer Studenten wünschen sich die Unterkunft in einer internationalen „EF Residence“, einem Studentenwohnheim. Unsere "erwachsenen" Schüler wohnen in einem Microapartment in Moabit, 30 Minuten von der EF Schule entfernt, nahe der S-Bahn Station Beusselstraß.e. Die Studenten haben hier eine eigene Wohneinheit mit Schlaf-/Wohnzimmer, Badezimmer und Kitchenette. Auch die Residence Advisors leben in einer eigenen Wohneinheit im gleichen Gebäudekomplex.

**Was machen Residence **Advisors**?**

EF Residence Advisors leben im gleichen Gebäudekomplex wie unsere Studenten. Sie arbeiten eng mit unserem festen Schulteam zusammen und sind unsere Repräsentanten vor Ort, die zahlreiche Rollen und Aufgaben übernehmen. Sie unterstützen unsere Sprachschüler als „Buddies“ und sind gleichzeitig Respektpersonen, die für die Sicherheit unserer Teilnehmer verantwortlich sind und die Einhaltung von Regeln kommunizieren und kontrollieren.
- Begrüßung, Check-In und Einweisung von anreisenden Sprachschülern
- Check-Out von abreisenden Sprachschülern
- Ansprechpartner vor Ort für EF Sprachschüler und Apartment-Management
- Organisation von Events und Aktivitäten für Studenten in den Apartments
- Tägliche Kontrolle der Hausregeln (Lautstärke, Disziplin, usw.)
- Erreichbarkeit und Unterstützung unserer Sprachschüler im Not-/Bedarfsfall
- Administrative Aufgaben - eigenverantwortliches Trouble-Shooting bei Problemen

**Was wir Dir bieten**

- Arbeitsumfang: ca. 20 Stunden pro Woche (je nach Absprache/Saison)
- Arbeitszeiten, die sich gut z. B. mit einem Studium/Semesterferien vereinbaren lassen: Die Anwesenheit von Residence Advisors ist vor allem am Wochenende und am Abend gefragt.
- Wochenende: Anreisen erfolgen in der Regel am Sonntag, Abreisen am Samstag.
- Abends: Tägliche „Service Besuche“ in den Wohneinheiten.
- Nach Absprache/flexibel: Soziale Events & Aktivitäten, z. B. wöchentlicher Stammtisch mit Studenten, Filmnacht oder Ausflug

- ein Team Player, kommunikativ und es fällt Dir leicht, auf andere Menschen zuzugehen.
- bereit, vor allem am Wochenende und am Abend zu arbeiten.
- belastbar, serviceorientiert und Du bleibst auch in stressigen Situationen positiv.
- „hands-on“, durchsetzungsfähig, verantwortungsbewusst und diszipliniert
- Dir sicher, die Gradwanderung zwischen „Freund“ und „Respektperson“ zu meistern.
- mind. 21 Jahre alt und fließend in der deutschen Sprache (C1/2 Niveau).
- ohne Vorstrafen und kannst ein lupenreines polizeiliches Führungszeugnis vorlegen. idealerweise bereits erfahren im Umgang mit Menschen, z. B. Gruppen-/Trainingsleiter, usw.

Kurz: Wir suchen Leute, die einfach Spaß daran haben, Ansprechpartner für Sprachschüler aus aller Welt zu sein, und ihnen dabei helfen, ihre Zeit in Berlin zu einem unvergesslichen Aufenthalt zu machen.
