Unser Kunde, ein international tätiges Unternehmen aus dem Bereich der Elektrotechnik, sucht Sie als Customer Service Specialist (m/w/d).

Ihre kommunikativen Fähigkeiten ermöglichen es Ihnen mit verschiedenen Interessensgruppen (interne und externe Stakeholder) zusammenzuarbeiten.

**Ihr Profil**
- abgeschlossene kaufmännische Berufsausbildung und einschlägige Zusatzqualifikationen in diesem Bereich; alternativ haben Sie ein abgeschlossenes Studium in BWL oder einem vergleichbaren Studiengang
- erste Berufserfahrungen in einer vergleichbaren Rolle
- erste Erfahrungen im Umgang mit einem ERP Systemen (z. B. SAP SD) und/oder Oracle
- kundenorientiert und flexibel
- sehr guten Deutsch
- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift

**Ihre Aufgaben**
- Sie stellen den Operating Profit und Cashflow für Produkte sicher
- Sie sind Bindeglied für Kunden, Headquarter und Vertriebsgesellschaften u.a. mittels Einsatz unterschiedlicher ERP-Systeme
- Auftragsmanagement und -Priorisierung (in Zusammenarbeit mit dem Zoll, den Rechts-, Lager-, Versand
- und IT-Abteilungen)
- Pflege der Preisstammdaten für die Vertriebsgesellschaften, Vertragspartner und Distributoren
- Sicherstellung zeitgerechter und korrekter Rechnungslegung
- Erstellung des operativen Reportings in Abstimmung mit der Buchhaltung
