Administrator (m/f/d) Field Service Management Software
Aufgaben
- Responsibility and support of the field service and asset management software CCUBE
- Collaboration with the international project team and other departments in a global matrix organization
- Contact person as well as 1st & 2nd level support for the REMA TIP TOP network
- Collection and processing of feedback and requirements for the optimization and further development of CCUBE software
- Creation of bug reports and independent development of solutions
- Configuration and customization of the system according to user specifications
- Analysis and implementation of system interfaces
- Conducting user trainings and workshops, including on-site introductions at customer locations
- Coordination of conception and implementation with external IT service providers
Profil
- Successfully graduated studies or degree in computer science or equivalent education in computer science including formal training programs
- Experience with configurable standard software environments, ideally IFS Field Service management software
- Experience in introducing and supporting software projects
- In-depth knowledge of JavaScript, T-SQL and databases
- Experience in GUI and UX Design
- Strong analytical skills and problem solving skills, high ability to work in a team
- Fluent English skills (minimum C1-Level) and good German skills (minimum B1-Level)
- Willingness to travel (international; approx. 60 days/year)
- Class B driving license mandatory
