**Strategic Lead Buyer Services (M/F/d)**:

- REQUISITION ID: 6647- LOCATION: Hamburg, DE, 22419- DEPARTMENT: Sourcing**YOUR TASKS**:

- Develop Global Sourcing strategies to achieve sustainable relationships with suppliers to assure the fulfillment Service-O&M Service requirements in all the countries-areas
- Interface and coordination between suppliers and the Service-O&M to ensure services availability for the preventive and corrective windfarm maintenance
- Negotiating framework and contracts-agreements for Service-O&M(cranes, repairs, maintenance, )
- Close collaboration with Service-O&M department to guarantee the best understanding of business needs and objectives
- Management of tenders for suppliers: RFI, RFQ
- Quotation analysis, management of commercial conditions and contracts definition with suppliers
- Work on developing and implementing cost reduction programs (COE)
- As a corporate function, support geographical business units, assuring the needs and queries(suppliers localization, global negotiations, purchasing processes)

**YOUR PROFILE**:

- Business or Engineering degree
- Several years experience in Technical purchasing environment, preferably in services purchasing
- Strategic thinking and Negotiating skills as well as cost and quality awareness
- Strong intercultural skills
- Proficiency German and English professional spoken and written, Spanish will be valued
- Willingness to travel
