**Job Description**:

- Support project implementation within Operational Excellence department
- Assist the Automation and Digitalization team in documentation, service requests, research and similar
- Assist the team with back-office related tasks, such as allocating tickets to the appropriate person or department, performing initial troubleshooting or escalating
- Take over responsibility and work on projects - from the idea up to the implementation

**Qualifications**:

- Fluency in English is mandatory, further languages such as German are a plus
- Interest in AI tools related to process automation, ticketing system, chat and more
- Development skills are not mandatory
- Knowledge around ticketing and chat systems is a plus but not mandatory
- Knowledge around Microsoft 365 tools is a plus
- First knowledge in working with Microsoft Dynamics 365 would be a plus
- Interest and first experience in automation of business processes

Additional Information
- Contract location would be **Göppingen, Germany**:
