**What do you contribute?**
- As the Global Head of Integration Engineering, you will be technically responsible for our largest, cross-departmental (“Turnkey”) projects executed on all five continents.
- Reporting directly to the CEO of our Turnkey Business Unit, you will lead c. 70 employees.
- You will ensure the delivery of the overall functionality of the entire turnkey system across all project phases (from bid to handover).
- To this end, you will organize the overall system integration and engineering processes to customer specifications, company standards, relevant rules, and guidelines and within the defined requirements (e.g., time, quality, cost).
- You will guarantee an efficient collaboration of your different teams (including System Engineering, RAMS, Virtual Design and Construction, and others) and permanently optimize processes.
- Moreover, will drive the digital transformation of your organization.
- We fill this vacancy in course of a well-regulated succession. You will be trained on the job by your predecessor and take over full responsibility ideally in February 2024.

**What do you bring along?**
- You hold a university degree technical engineering, preferably in traffic planning, traffic engineering or electrical engineering with railway specific specialization.
- Additionally, you have longtime management experience as Technical Director, Chief Engineer or System Integration Manager of large, complex, and international Railway Turnkey projects.
- Experience in rail guided transport operation, e.g. driverless systems is desirable
- Furthermore, you have profound experience in technical engineering and interface management as well as professional experience in requirements management including verification and validation, RAM, Safety, operational aspects (specifically UTO/GOA4) EMC, earthing and bonding, test, and commissioning etc.
- You possess technical knowledge on all major subsystems of a railway turnkey project, e.g., Signaling, Railway Communication, Electrification, Power Supply, Rolling Stock, SCADA, Track Work etc.
- You are characterized by a high level of customer, quality, and result orientation.
- Fluent English essential, knowledge of other languages is an advantage.
