**Document Controller (m/w/d)**

**Here’s what we need**:

- Formale Prüfung von technischen Dokumenten
- Vorkehrungen treffen für die Sicherheit der Dokumente gemäß der festgelegten Sicherheitsrichtlinien und -verfahren
- Einrichtung von Arbeitsabläufen und Überwachung von Dokumenten während der gesamten Prüfprozesse
- Verlaufsbegleitung über den gesamten Arbeitsablauf hinweg, um sicherzustellen, dass Prozesse und Werkzeuge wie erforderlich implementiert werden und Hilfestellung bei damit aufkommenden Fragen
- Erstellung von Verteilerlisten und Ausgabe der Anzahl der erforderlichen Exemplare auf der Grundlage der Vertragsanforderungen und der verifizierten Anweisungen des Lieferantenteams
- Ausführung von routinemäßigen Datenqualitätsprüfungen und Führung von Protokolldokumenten zur Fortschrittsverfolgung und zum Dokumentenabruf
- Überwachung und Verfolgung der täglichen Dokumentkontrollaktivitäten, um zu organisieren und sicherzustellen, dass die Projektinformationen in Übereinstimmung mit den festgelegten Richtlinien, Verfahren und Projektanforderungen genau sind, kontrolliert, übertragen, verwaltet und archiviert werden

**Here’s What You’ll Need**:

- Bachelor-Abschluss in Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen oder vergleichbare Qualifikation wie z.B. Technischer Redakteur
- Erfahrung im Bereich Dokumentenkontrolle
- Vertrautheit mit Dokumentenmanagementsystemen / Software-Speicherung / Bibliotheksorganisation / Elektronische Genehmigungsprozesse / Elektronische Verteilung - Abteilung und Interessenvertreter
- Ein gut entwickeltes Verständnis von Dokumentenkontroll
- und Dokumenten Management Systemen und bewährten Praktiken der Industrie sowie deren Anwendung auf CPG für AFP- und Nicht-AFP-Projekte
- Organisations
- und Koordinationsfähigkeiten, um die Einhaltung von Richtlinien und Prozessen zur Dokumentenverwaltung und -kontrolle festzulegen und zu überwachen
- MS Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint usw.), Adobe Acrobat Professional und Erfahrung in der Datenbankverwaltung zur Überprüfung und Verwaltung von Dokumentenkontrollprozessen
- Fundierte Kenntnisse der aktuellen DMS-Systeme und die Fähigkeit, neue Systeme und Verbesserungen nach Bedarf zu erlernen und zu implementieren
