**Job Description**:
The role will work collaboratively with multiple functions across the business and play a strategic part in achieving our ambitious and timely critical hiring goals. In this role, you will work closely with the Talent Acquisition Manager to advance and execute operative and strategic visions and tasks.

Responsibilities and Tasks
- Support, lead and execute full lifecycle recruitment processes for IT/SaaS related business units across the EMENA region
- Prepare and participate in job intakes
- Execute sourcing projects (incl. active sourcing)
- Independently conduct interviews (in person / online)
- Act as a sparring partner for internal stakeholders and liaise with the talent acquisition manager in collaborative projects
- Support the Talent Acquisition Manager in continuously improving hiring strategies and securing a high level of service standards

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
- Experience in recruiting, preferably in an agency environment with strong focus on tech related direct search assignments
- Good understanding of end to end recruitment processes
- Knowledge of recruitment tools, CRM systems and relevant social media platforms (e.g. LinkedIn Recruiter, Xing)
- Independent, proactive working style and a collaborative mentality
- Well-developed interpersonal skills for high-level interactions with other functions
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Fluency in English, working knowledge of any other European language is of an advantage
