We are looking for a Technical Product Owner Personnel E-Files and Shift-planning to support the digitalization of HR processes.

**Your Tasks**:

- Define architecture and ensure the proper implementation of our HR document management system including document generation
- Close Business partnering with business process owners to understand the organizational needs
- Close IT partnering with neighboring technical teams, other TPO´s and our domain architect
- You have the User Experience at heart: Analyze business processes End-2-End, define workflows and ensure proper automation
- Lead projects or contribute as sub-project lead
- Continuously adjust and enhance the solution in close collaboration with all affected stakeholders
- Suggest changes to processes based on technical developments of the product
- Operational Excellence: Responsible for support, identify patterns and maintenance for the Documentation Management System
- Continuously following-up the vendor roadmap and deriving action items
- Operational Excellence: Responsible for support and maintenance for the solutions

**Your Profile**:

- Education in Business Administration, Information Technology, or comparable experience
- Minimum 5 years of experience in IT and/or the Consulting industry
- In depth knowledge about HR processes like personnel file handling, shift planning and learning management
- Proven track record of implementing Document Management Systems, Experience with Aconso is a plus
- Experience in managing SaaS solutions
- Experience in steering externals consultants
- Experience working with Agile Frameworks (e.g.: SAFe, Scrum, DevOps, etc.)
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to think strategically about technology and execute as necessary
- Fluent in English is a must, German or other languages are nice to have
