Product Owner

Your mission
As an experienced Product Owner with a deep understanding of the technological foundations of website and commerce platforms, your primary mission is to contribute to and shape the overall product vision. Leading one or two SCRUM teams of 3-6 skilled colleagues. Your expertise extends to seamless API integration, encompassing connections with various Product Portals and payment gateways.
Your analytical skills and social competence empower you to provide unwavering support to your teams while keeping focus on business goals. In addition to your core responsibilities:
- Drive complete ownership of backlog creation and maintenance by closely collaborating with stakeholders and development teams for a cohesive product ecosystem.
- Prioritize features based on business value and technical feasibility, showcasing exceptional stakeholder management skills to foster effective collaboration across cross-functional teams in alignment with the product roadmap.
- Demonstrate expertise in API utilization, ensuring seamless collaboration across Cloud-Commerce, Product Portals, and payment gateways. Lead strategic integration roadmap, implementing in-house developments and 3rd party integrations to enhance product functionality.
- Leverage structured and analytical thinking to meticulously plan and supervise technical implementations, ensuring precision and excellence in execution.
- Communicate development progress transparently and effectively to internal management and external stakeholders.
- Bring business objectives and vision to development teams, ensuring a shared understanding, motivation, and alignment.

- Demonstrate an outgoing, motivated personality coupled with a hands-on mentality.
- Possess prior experience as a Product Owner in software development or Senior technical experience as a developer, with a focus on e-commerce.
- Embrace Agile methodologies into practical implementation, guiding your daily approach.
- Exhibit excellent communication skills, effortlessly collaborating with diverse teams.
- Showcase structured and analytical thinking.
- Proficient in English to facilitate effective communication across diverse stakeholders.
