**Deine Aufgaben als Head of People & Culture (m/w/d)**:
- Recruiting interner MitarbeiterInnen unter Nutzung moderner Social-Media-Kanäle
- Erarbeitung und Umsetzung von Personalentwicklungskonzepten
- Begleitung unseres Mentoring-Programms für MitarbeiterInnen
- Weiterentwicklung unseres Employer Brandings
- Koordination des Onboardings neuer MitarbeiterInnen
- Führen von Probezeit
- und Jahresgesprächen
- Vorbereiten und Durchführen von Gesprächen zur Gehaltsentwicklung
- Enge Zusammenarbeit mit der Geschäftsführung in allen strategischen HR-Themen
**Dein Profil**:
- Abgeschlossenes Studium mit Schwerpunkt Personalwesen oder vergleichbare Studiengänge mit HR-Berufserfahrung
- Mehrere Jahre Erfahrung als HR GeneralistIn oder HR Business PartnerIn, Praxiserfahrung in Personalbetreuung und Recruiting
- Solide Arbeitsrechtskenntnisse
- Erfahrung in einer Dienstleistungsbranche ist vorteilhaft, aber kein Muss
- Hands-on-Mentalität
- Sehr gute Kommunikationseigenschaften
