Our Finance Team develops cross-functional finance solutions that support the whole organisation.

Our experts support the planning, prioritisation, and implementation of daily and strategic initiatives and tasks, acting as business partners, an essential part of the Finance Team's role is also providing guidance on accounting or financial matters, sharing broad experience and an independent economic perspective.
- As we expand and build more processes there is a need for someone to be hands-on and take action on day-to-day tasks: invoice and T&E processing, credit card administration, payments to suppliers and customer refunds etc.
- On time and accurate execution is critical as well as the ability to multi-task and deal with multiple Finance topics.

**What you'll do**:

- Process full cycle Accounts Payable function including cost center and account coding for incoming invoices, obtaining approval, researching discrepancies and processing outgoing payments.
- Review expense reports and credit cards transactions for accurate coding and to ensure they are within company policy.
- Reconcile the accounts payable ledger to ensure that all bills and payments are accounted for and properly posted.
- Issue sales invoices to customers, execute SEPA direct debit payments and process customer refunds.
- Perform month end closing activities.

**What do you need to succeed in this role?**:

- 1+ years of experience within F&A
- Basic knowledge of GAAP
- High level of proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly in Excel
- Structured and detail-oriented work style
- Strong communication and collaboration skills

**It would be a plus if you have**:

- Experience in Payment industries (FinTech, BNPL)
- Experience with NetSuite

As a Finance Operations Specialist you will work very closely with all colleagues from the Finance department, but also need to communicate actively with the rest of the departments for collecting the information / documentation needed in accounting.
